TERM 1: Tectonic Studio (TS-1) DESIGN: Introduction and rehearsal to key concepts before the the design stage of the build project CDC.
TERM 2: CDC DESIGN AND DETAILING: The design process through model and drawings mediums, and construction documentation.
TERM 3: CDC BUILD: Physical construction of the proposed design.
TERM 4: TS-1 DETAIL: then acts as a project to reflect on the technical capacities learnt in the BUILD stage of the CDC project.
RESEARCH-BY-DESIGN: Tectonics and the Architecture of Community: An aim for innovative designs and tectonics of standard off-the-shelf materials and basic construction techniques.
